The registration fee covers conference materials, one lunch, one dinner, and two coffee breaks on June 7, admission to all the technical programs of the conference.
Register as Delegate
Please register directly online as delegate. After you fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee, please don't forget to contact conference secretary through iceae@cbees.org to confirm your registration and participation.
Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
Refund Policy
All refund applications need to follow the regulations below.
If you apply for the refund 90 days ahead, full registration fee will be refunded to your original
account.
If you apply for the refund 60 days ahead, 70% of Full
Registration Fee will be refunded to your original account.
If you apply for the refund 30 days ahead, 50%
of Full Registration Fee will be refunded to your original account.
If you apply for the refund within 30 days, no fund acceptable.
Note: If you paid the registration fee by Bank
transfer, there will some extra handling fee when the refund is processing. The exact
amount will depend on the bank and total fee.
